1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through www.lasuza.com (“Website”) and govern the relationship between the Customer (“you”) and LASUZA (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By accessing the Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 The version of the Terms that applies to your order is the version published on the Website at the time of purchase.
1.4 LASUZA may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
2.1 Customer: any natural person purchasing Products for personal use.
2.2 Product(s): any goods offered for sale on the Website.
2.3 Order: a purchase placed by the Customer.
2.4 Agreement: the binding contract formed when an Order is accepted.
2.5 Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Offer & Product Information
3.1 LASUZA aims to present Products as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur.
3.2 Colours, tones and textures of faux fur may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions and the nature of the material.
3.3 Every LASUZA coat is hand-finished; slight variations in pile direction, density or pattern are inherent to its craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
3.4 Due to limited production runs, availability is not guaranteed and Products may sell out at any time.
3.5 We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or Product descriptions.
3.6 Styling items shown in imagery (jewellery, shoes, props) are not included unless explicitly stated.
4. Formation of the Agreement
4.1 An Order is placed when the Customer completes checkout.
4.2 The Agreement is formed once we send an Order confirmation via email.
4.3 LASUZA reserves the right to refuse or cancel Orders due to:
suspected fraud,
stock discrepancies,
pricing or product information errors.
4.4 If an error is found after you place your Order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel.
4.5 Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as processing starts immediately.
5. Prices & Payment
5.1 All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
5.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5.3 International Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and charges imposed by their local authorities.
5.4 Accepted payment methods include:

Shopify Payments
5.5 Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant providers.
5.6 Promotional codes:
must be entered at checkout,
cannot be applied retroactively,
cannot be combined unless stated,
do not apply to shipping fees.
6. Processing & Shipping
6.1 Orders are processed within:
1–3 Working Days for domestic orders
2–7 Working Days for international orders
6.2 Shipments may be handled by PostNL, DHL, DPD or comparable partners.
6.3 Once shipped, a tracking link will be provided.
6.4 Delivery times are estimates only. LASUZA is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or factors outside our control.
6.5 Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
6.6 If you are not available during delivery, the carrier may redirect your package to a pickup point.
6.7 Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6.8 For international orders, customs procedures may extend delivery times.
7. Returns & Exchanges
7.1 Customers have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer laws.
7.2 Returned Products must be in original condition:
unworn,
unwashed,
free of perfume, makeup or stains,
with all labels attached,
without damage or alterations.
7.3 LASUZA reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or misuse, or to provide a partial refund based on the assessed condition.
7.4 Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
7.5 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
7.6 Exchanges are possible when stock allows.
7.7 Return fraud—including returning worn or altered items—may result in refusal, blacklisting or legal action.
8. Warranty & Conformity
8.1 LASUZA complies with EU statutory warranty laws for non-conformity.
8.2 The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
damage from rain, snow, humidity or moisture,
heat exposure or improper storage,
compression of faux fur fibres due to long-term pressure,
accidental damage,
misuse or alterations made by the Customer.
8.3 If your Product is defective upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
8.4 After assessment, LASUZA may offer repair, replacement or refund.
8.5 Wear resulting from normal use does not constitute a defect.
9. Intellectual Property & Website Use
9.1 All intellectual property—including designs, logos, photography, video, brand copy and AI-assisted visuals—is owned exclusively by LASUZA.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, scrape, mine or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
9.3 Unauthorized use may result in restricted access or legal action.
9.4 The Website may contain external links. LASUZA is not responsible for third-party content.
9.5 We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Website operation.
10. Promotions & Gift Items
10.1 Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and may be subject to specific terms.
10.2 Promotions are not combinable unless stated.
10.3 Free gifts linked to a minimum purchase must also be returned if the Order is returned.
10.4 LASUZA may withdraw promotions at any time.
11. Liability
11.1 LASUZA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11.2 Our total liability in connection with an Order shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.
11.3 We are not liable for damages caused by improper care, misuse or external factors.
11.4 LASUZA is not responsible for disruptions caused by carriers, payment providers or technical failures.
11.5 Chargeback Protection: LASUZA may provide proof of delivery and product condition to the payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
12. Force Majeure
12.1 LASUZA is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters,
pandemics,
strikes,
transport disruptions,
customs delays,
government actions.
12.2 In such cases, obligations are suspended until the situation is resolved.
13. Complaints Procedure
13.1 Customers may submit complaints via email at [insert email] or through the contact form on the LASUZA Website.
13.2 We aim to acknowledge and respond to all complaints within 5 Working Days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved, Customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
14. Privacy & Cookies
14.1 Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, stored, processed and protected.
14.2 By using the Website, you consent to our Cookie Policy and the placement of cookies in accordance with applicable laws.
15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
15.2 EU Customers retain rights granted by mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.
15.3 Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
16. Final Provisions
16.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
16.2 Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
16.3 In case of inconsistencies, these Terms prevail over other Website content.
