Return & Refund Policy
At LASUZA, each piece is crafted with care, intention and a commitment to long-lasting quality. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. This policy outlines how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers while preserving the integrity of our faux fur garments.
1. Return Window
Returns must be physically shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
Returns sent after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn and unaltered
- Handled only to determine fit (no signs of wear)
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke or other scents
- Not exposed to rain, moisture or heat
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original labels, hang tags and packaging
Items showing wear, damage or missing components may be refused or refunded with depreciation.
3. How to Start a Return
Email support@lasuza.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and the item you want to return.
You will receive the return address and packing instructions.
All returns must be shipped with track & trace.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
- Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted
- LASUZA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns without tracking
5. Inspection & Refunds
Once your return arrives, it will be inspected.
Refunds are:
- Issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 14 days after the return is received
- Exclusive of original shipping costs
- Withheld if the item has not arrived or lacks valid tracking proof
Returns that do not meet our standards may be rejected or refunded with a value deduction.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for the same item in a different size (if available).
If not available, a standard refund will be issued.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, damaged or altered items
- Items with scents, makeup, stains or residue
- Items exposed to moisture or heat
- Items missing labels or packaging
- Returns sent after the 14-day period
- Untracked or improperly packaged returns
- Unclaimed packages returned by the carrier (treated as a return; shipping costs deducted)
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video.
We will arrange a replacement or refund including shipping costs.
9. Fraud & Misuse
LASUZA may refuse returns from customers with excessive or suspicious return behaviour.
Returns containing the wrong item, worn items or counterfeit items will be rejected.
